  • ThrOW THE COMMIES OUT

  • insurance companies are going to BENEFIT from health reform. The nonpartisan CBO said that the House plan will actually put 16 million more Americans in private insurance.

It isn't true that by 2013 all Americans will have to be in a government health care. NO ONE will ever be required to choose the public option. I think you might be talking about how insurance companies will need to meet minimum standards by 2013. But a majority of insurance now already meets the standards.

  • Well after hearing all these 11 reasons, I see there is no way Private Insurance companies can stay in business without rising rates.

By 2013 the only insurance available will be a mandated Government Health Care. This means someone in a US Gov, will have complete access to your Health records and Bank Accounts.

So 4th Amendment "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures..." makes it unconstitutional.

  • H.R. 3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax. [page 1]

    The penalty:

    • Section 7203 misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year
