@Addorabble I think three of them have done surgery to correct vision problem and now they don't need glasses anymore. And Hyun Joong recently admited on a program(I think it was on Strong Heart, not sure) that he went to correct some problem on his nose and took the oportunity to make a small visual change on it, I guess it was something like a Rhinoseptoplasty :) -It seemed to be really small cause I wouldn't have noticed if he didn't say it.-

The only surgery i know about SS501 is Hyun Joong's, in the kokoro MV you can see how he used to focus his view, he had a vision problem, as i know he had a surgery to fix it, thats the only surgery i know.
