Barking Chihuahua

Whenever he barks excessively I tend to just get really quiet and let him get it all out :P Seems to work over time...

My puppy's growing up :) He's gotten so big as of late.

Lol, once i was round my mates house abd there massive shaggy dog was coming to say gello, u no, as dogs do. And i decided to play a 'game' with the dog (stewie) so i went running round there massive kitchen and stewie started chasing me round this big table thing and he got so hyped up that i was scared to stop coz i knew he would bloody jump on me and tip me over, so i was screaming and running for quite a while XD so funny wen u hype dogs up :D

Dogs feed off each others energy and the energy of the pack. It's the same concept with humans as far as the dog is concerned. That's why dogs sometimes react to certain emotions because they can sense that emotion coming from you. So, if you remain chill while training your puppy, he will learn that being chill and level is a good thing and be happier. YOU are the pack leader and the more you establish this (in a humane manner, a'course!) the better your relationship with your pup will be. =)
