The top ten evil villains in my opinion. I have thought it over carefully, and these men are the most evil of all villains in films. There are more, but there are only so many spots available for a top ten list.

I think that Palpatine is the most evil movie villian because of the fact that he always succeeded in most of his intensions. He succeeded in ruling over a galaxy for many years, killed many people and aliens and built a death star weapon to destroy planets which is WORSE THAN TERRORISM. He was responsible for Anakins transformation into darth Vader and through him destroyed almost all the jedi. I have never seen a villian who rules a galaxy and destroys planets so he is number 1 in my list.

@MickeyMouseHasWarts In the real world I'd have to go with Nazis as numero uno and Vlad the Impaler, a Romanian prince of the 15th Century, as the biggest bad-ass characters listed. Not listed, but certainly worth dishonorable mention, was Ghenghis Kahn, as it is estimated that he caused the death of 20% of the world's population in his lifetime. Now that's BAD-ASS!!

Yeah and even though the death star got destroyed did you notice there was an entire fleet of star destroyers surrounding the republic fleet what happen to them.

@broman178 And I agree with you 100% that Palpatine is the worst movie villain ever in history! And he was even worse than Osama and Hilter as he ruled over a galaxy and destroyed planets which contained life!! So Palpatine is No.1 terrorist and villain in my opinion!!!

Sorry, but I've heard of all the others but never heard of Nicolae Carpathia and he doesn't look like much of a bad-ass in that photo either.
