Colorado Surf Condo

This surf condo is located directly in front of Playa Colorado, one of the best surf breaks in Nicaragua at Hacienda Iguana Golf & Beach Resort. A gated community in the spectacular Tola coast of SW Nicaragua. http://www.vrbo.com/225806 Another well known surf break, Panga Drops, is a 10 minute walk down the beach, inside the gated community. The Resort's 9 hole golf course is also available to guests. This is a ground floor condo V#3, at the brand new Villa Rio Dulce Bldg located directly in front of the Playa Colorado. A spectacular putting - chipping green to practice your golf game is right off the patio and the Resort's Swimming Pool and Beach Club is a 20 second walk from the patio. Nicaragua is blessed with an abundance of good waves, offshore winds, and sunny weather almost all year-round. Our condo is situated in front of the best waves the country has to offer with a climate that averages around 80 degrees and water temps that hover between 75 - 85 degrees as well. The surf rarely drops below 2 feet at any time during the year and bigger swell events are likely - up to 8 feet - between April - October.
