See You In The Dark || Episode 19 || Graduation Day [MM 1/5]

[[2 Days Later]]
((Demi))
2 days passes by but I still can't get my mom's words outta my head. I gotta tell Joe. But Im too scare to tell him. What if he hates me? As I got deep into thinking, Camilla burst in my room.

Camilla: You will not believe it, today is our graduation day!
Demi: (eyes widen) What!? How did you know?
Camilla: From the text..? Didn't you get it?
Demi: No, I turn off my cellphone.
Camilla: We have to get ready now.
Demi: Alright then. (stands up and walks towards her closet)

Today is my graduation day? If it's my graduation day, means Joe is there too. Oh god, I will meet him and there's no chance Im gonna hide it to him. I walks to the mirror and looks at it. I gain my weight. I walks over my bed and sits on it. Camilla stares at me.

Camilla: Don't you wanna get ready?
Demi: What's the use? Im still gonna looks fat and all the students must be saying-
Camilla: (cuts her) So what? You're 19. You can get pregnant.
Demi: But what if Joe see me?
Camilla: Sooner or later, he will knows the truth. So lets just make it today.
Demi: Fine. But could you help what to wear?
Camilla: (smiles) Sure.

[[School]]
((Demi))
The graduation already started but I still haven't seen Joe. Maybe he's not coming. Great! He's not coming. The girl at the podium has started her speech 10 minutes ago but still she haven't stop. What the hell is she talking about? I turn to Camilla and whispers, "What is she talking about?". Camilla looks at me and shrugs. I looks around the school and then I spot someone. It's Joe. I quickly looks at the front, avoiding him from seeing me. "I see Joe," I whispers. "What?" Camilla ask. She looks around to check whether what Im saying is true or not. Camilla turns to face and gasps. "He's coming this way," I gasps. There's an empty seat next to me! What if he sit here!?

((Joe))
I was late. Everyone else already here. I saw Taylor sitting at the front row but there's no seat next to her. Then, I saw an empty seat next to a brunette-black hair girl. I walks towards her. As I get to her, I sit. "Hey," I say, approaching the girl. She didn't say anything, and keeps on looking down. I tried to looks at her face for a few times but her hair covered her face. "Thank you," the girl that gives the speech say and get off the podium. Our head master walks to the podium and smiles. "Thank you, Caitlyn for your wonderful speech. Now everyone, I wants you to stand up,"(a/n I dont know how graduation is, so this is in my head, haha). Stand up? What the heck does he wants? People starts standing up, so I stand up as well. The girl next to me, still not moving.

((Demi))
This is the moment that I really hates. We'll have to take off our graduation hat and throws it to the air. Lame. From the corner of my eyes, I can see Joe already stands up and he's looking at me. I faces Camilla, and mouths "What should I do?" "Just stand up," she says, getting up slowly from the seat. Either I want it or not, I'll have to stand up. I gets up from my seat, looking down. "Hey, are you okay?" Joe ask me. Oh my god, I've been longing to hear that voice for 2 months. I nods slowly. "Now, I wants you to take off your hat and throws it to the air," our head master says. My heart starts beating faster and faster every second. "1, 2...3!" everyone throws their hat to the air, cheering. Even Joe did that. While Im still looking down. And suddenly, Camilla take off my graduation hat and throws it to the air for me. I looks at her and gasps. She just smirks and says "Happy graduation day!". I turns to face Joe and his eyes widen.

((Joe))
It's Demi? Wait, I must be dreaming. I blinks my eyes and Demi! She's standing in front of me. I stares at her. "Demi?" I say. That's the only word that can come out from my freaking mouth. She nods, looking at her shoes. "Yeah, thats me," she says in a low tone.

((Demi))
He remember me. That's good. I keep on staring at my shoes. Then, he pulls me into his arms. He hugs me. Oh god, his hugs..Its so warm and comfortable. I miss him. I rest my head on his chest and whispers, "I miss you, Joe," I pulls away from him and stares into his eyes. My eyes got teary. "Tell me you miss me too," I say, sounding desperate. His eyes got watery as well. As he opens his mouth to say something, Taylor jumps on his back, laughing. "Hey, babe!" Taylor says, kissing his cheek. I just stares at them, confused. They are back together? Tears starts to fall through my cheek. Joe looks at me and shakes his head. I quickly turns around and runs away.

Will Joe runs after Demi or will he just ignore her?
And btw, what type of writing do you likes?
Okay, let me clear things up. Im saying Im doing marathon. By marathon, I means. One episode each day. Im gonna give y'all 5 episodes. Happy? I hope so! :D
