This mix is pretty terrible, sorry. :(
I would suggest dl'ing the "5-in-1 Superior Mix" as it's all four discs (plus the fifth bonus disc) mixed in stereo, but it's not just all the discs playing at once, it's an actual mixdown.

The concept of the song is based around a conversation Wayne had with Michelle about the "other world" she is in during her menstrual periods and the kind of dull and depressing, mild insanity that seems to possess her, even though she knows it's coming, and has been through it a million times, it arrives new and uncontrollable every time...
