Do you think the money will really go to the "intended beneficairies"? Just look at all the money that was spent on Iraqi reconstruction that is missing now. Greedy bankers now bought up American Assets for pennies on the Dollar and the Taxpayers paid for this scam. The money should only be used to renovate Alcatruz Prison in San Francisco Bay and the prison should be open only to put Congress in jail there.
