Adobe Premiere Elements 7 - Part Two

Hey, I have a question on effects. I've seen some effects from videos that i'm wondering if you can do with this.

Can you make certain objects in the video flash but everything else continue normally? Can you also make drawings in the video? Like drawing faces on people or adding arrows?

Well, the answer is yes... and no. You can do a lot of those things, but not with Elements. You will need a more robust program such as After Effects and Premiere Pro. You can do some graphics things in Elements such as arrows and some graphics that are provided. The newest version has some additional features that are very powerful, but it is still a starter program. If you want to make the next Avatar, you have to use the same programs they did: Premiere Pro and After Effects.

I'm having trouble previewing my project with audio. The audio doesn't seem to want to play when I preview. Is there a default option I have to turn on/off or something? What am I doing wrong?

Make sure your native clips have sound. Does this happen only in the publishing process or editing? Check your control panel, too.

Whenever i render videos with this program they come out in a lower pixel quality than i recorded it. Not sure whats going on =[

Check your output levels. Most output formats allow you to adjust the output resolution.

Can you change the color of the program window? I like white better :P

alright im a total noob to this but what i was wondering is there anyway to make the title not transparent like there it part of my video that has a "vulgar" word and i have to make like a censored bar on it and i was wondering how i could do this any help would be awesome

It only happens in editing. I can preview the clipes fine with Windows Media Player but when I bring them into Premiere it's like they have no sound.
