  • Last word is that filing was to be done on Thursday Atty Romano also told me what to expect in delay tactics used to prolong the final ruling. I will begin posting the additional cost to the DeSoto County Taxpayers everytime a motion is used to delay this case with no defense.

  • Latest news was that the suit against DeSoto County would be filed on Thursday Jan 19, 2012.

Atty John Romano also gave me the scenario to be anticipated by DeSoto Legal to delay the invetible guilty decision. I responded by saying that if that becomes the case I will publish the cost to the taxpayer for every delay tactic used.

  • Currently asking $175,000 farm is located on hwy 72 soon to be widened to a 4 lane

  • Finally my attorney has prepared a declaratory judgement against DeSoto County and hopefully the burdern ot this farm will be lifted and I can proceed with developing an off the grid farm.

  • how did it go? I hope you won!

  • how much are you selling the place for?

  • I think you should have taken your complaint to the Supreme Court. One thing a county does not have is extra fighting money to push people around, especially if you are in the right! You can also, I think, get remuneration for income lost as a result of not being allowed to go forward in a timely manner. Let me know if I am right or wrong David. Thanks, Art K.
