No. Because what is shown in the video are various incredibly quick clips completely out of context for the in game plot. You could've easily just ruined all of those aspects of the game for people.

This is the most spoiler-tastic trailer I've ever seen.
1. The Nemesis which is a somewhat secret weapon.
2. The freaking Core!
3. You'll fight along with Curly.
4. You'll come back to the Egg Corridor.
5. You'll carry the unconscious Curly for some time if you do it right.
