What is "liquid nails"? It seems to be a brand name that is not available in Europe. Is it acryl?

@freifallspoiler It's called Liquid Nails for Projects. The label says it's a "high-strength, low-odor, latex construction adhesive for safer indoor use. Cleans up with water when wet, bridges gaps up to 3/8", and has excellent water resistance and long-term holding power when set."
You can Google "liquid nails" and find the website. Look for the MSDS info on the site. You might be able to compare the ingredients with similar adhesives in stores near you.

How much does it cost to for only 10-20 meters PVC pipe? Can't find it anywhere on the web.

It's about $3 dollars for at 10 foot (3 meter) length of pipe.
