This is the best way to train runecrafting. You don't have to spend either time or money collecting effigies, and everyone with 91+ rc should do this every day. Second best method to train would, by my estimation, be soloing tormented demons or possibly bandos/armadyl. The reason I say these rather than the method advertised by zarfot, cannoning the lvl 138 cave crawlers, is that that is extremely expensive, whereas tds/bandos/arma are all 5m+ profit/hr. Also, anybody who's fought these knows they drop effigies very often.
