Aszure Barton was born and raised in Alberta, Canada, and is the founder and director of Aszure Barton & Artists. Barton has choreographed for many prestigious individuals and companies worldwide, and her works have been performed on six continents. She was recently proclaimed Ambassador of Contemporary Choreography in Edmonton, Alberta.
