The Dance Flurry festival in Saratoga Springs, NY. It happens every year in February.

DANCE FLURRY!!!! makes me miss it. is it almost feb. yet??? fun times, fun times... truly the best, there's nothing better.

He's the boy wearing a light green shirt around 2:10.
I'm also in there (darker green shirt, spinning in from the left at 0:13 and allemanding at 1:54)
The festival is really fun, you have to come!
