Rocky Carroll is a great actor and adds a lot to the show! Awesome show!

at first i was aprehensive of jenny's replacement on the show, but he's kinda grown on me. note: i still dont trust vance, but he's brought such an interesting element.

Season 6 of NCIS, especially the Cloak/Dagger episodes, appears to be the best season of the TV show, at this point. Rocky Carroll as Director Vance adds a great element to the show. NCIS is actually adding audience share.
