how about instead of causing us Aussies more expense find practical ways to reduce carbon like oh i dunno mandatory Solar panneling on houses, that not only lowers carbon but power bills as well.
and maybe better public transport so we dont have to drive everywhere, cause lets face it in sydney u cant get anywhere without a car
