if we make it legal there will be more deaths, crimes, and just a bunch of other crap that goes along with being high. thats all people will use it for is to get high. maybe like 15% will be used for medical stuff. legalizing it is just dumb. it might make the USA more money but are you willing to risk lives to get more money? im deff not. and we should treat people illegally crossing our border like any other place...punish them somehow! dont give them jobs/ benefits and crap. plain stupid!

@MrSkerzzzz Why is it ok to criminalize an individual for doing something that can only harm that one individual. Furthermore if your in the privacy of your own home how can you harm anyone? Dont we do that already with current legal drugs? My point is not necessarily legalizing every drug that crosses the border, it is taking the power to export away from the cartels, gangs, & druglords. Prohibition does not do anything more than make criminals wealthy.

As long as we continue to put the same old farts into Senate seats & HOR, we are doomed to never have drugs legalized in this country. Medical marijuana in CA was legal until the Feds decided that their laws superceded the states and now I believe we are back in limbo on this issue. There must be a hidden agenda on the part of the fed gov't to not want all drugs to become legal. Afterall, once prohibition was abolished crime rates directly related to bootlegging plummeted; murders, robbery, etc.

@janespeaks The hidden agenda is profit. Medical Marijuana is legal in California as well other states & the Constitution states that the fed has no business meddling in states rights issues. But the feds dont tell you that their growing Medical Marijuana @ the University of Mississippi or the they allow the FDA to purposely grow it to extract the THC for pills like Marinol or Sativex. Legalization forces the feds to quit playing both sides of the War On Drugs, bringing back accountability.

When people go to ballot on the issue it is never approved because to many people dont fully understand that the govt has no right to tell u what u can or can not put in ur body. I also think prostitution and assisted sucide are also on the same side of the coin.

Americans Black and White stand up! Our laws are not being enforced anymore! You must enforce the law now and protect our sovereignty! Track them, their supporters and activist groups. If they are marching, go in groups and flank them from all sides by throwing eggs at them and drive off. If you know where they are at secretly sabotage their cars and houses, break their windows, slash their tires, cause them economic damage. Next is form a militia and drive them out by force! We are at war!
