British Scientists GIVEN GO-AHEAD for Human/Cow Hybrid

Why did this get the go-ahead when the BBC reported that British critics where disgusted by this research!!!

Dr. Stephen Minger of Kings College London wants to experiment and create human animals to further his stem cell research. He suggests that there is nothing to worry about, because the embryo would be 99% human!!! Now they have the go-ahead!!!
This is just modern day Nazi Eugenics, humankind creating humankind for health reasons, it would suit them better to research natural & alternative cures.
