A barista adjusts the grinding, brew temperature and tamping according to used coffee beans, temperature, humidity etc... So does the machine?

I love it but don't say it makes better coffee than a barista!

Not entirely true with the TopBrewer. The machine uses proffesional grinders, tampers at 20 kg. (which the right amount), extracts the coffee with 9 bars pressure. The software is the barista in this machine, and makes the brew perfecrt each time. Compared to a normal barista - mistaskes can happen in the process - where the TopBrewer does the same perfect 25 second espresso every time. Have a pleasant day everyone
