    At her husband's funeral...

Fellow mourner: Dear, let me know if there's anything I can do for you.

DP: You can get me a new husband.

FM: That's the most callous thing I've ever heard.

    DP: And a ham sandwich.

  • These quotes are just fine but there are so many more from Parker. My favorite came after she hears a ringing phone, "What fresh hell is this?"

  • I like her observation Men seldom make passes at girls who wear glasses . Its rare now to find well known female author famous for humor

  • "I like to have a martini,

    Two at the very most.

After three I'm under the table,

After four I'm under the host"

Still my favourite... I have some martini glasses with that inscription!
