If you feel that the customer is asking a lot of questions and has already mentioned that they aren't looking to go ahead with the product. it is very effective to say
"is there anything else i can do to help?"
this then means you can finish the conversation very quickly and get onto the next customer which potentially could be a sale.

The question "How else can I help you" is the ultimate concluder because it brings out anything your client/customer wants to address before moving forward.
