I don't think she did it or enabled it. Kelsey was a happy loving little girl before Mike came in her life. I don't believe the mother DIDNT no. There's no way. She would of seen the injuries, she would of seen her daughter acting differently. There was an investigation going on and someone was abusing Kelsey before she died and what does the mother do? She MARRIES Micheal. C'mon she's either extremly stupid &blind or she ignored it or was in denial. She was soppose to protect Kelsey the most.

What kind of mother would honestly marry a man who has abused their child? This little girl didn't have just one broken leg but two. She was only a baby. If the mother actually loved her child she would have never married this guy and if she hadn't maybe Kelsey would still be alive today. These people are monsters and should be treated as such! Poor little girl didn't even get to see her daddy one last time. No child deserves to go through that!

@aussiemumism Oops.... My apologies to whomever is pushing Kelsey, I have just learnt that it is not Raye Dawn Smith, I did not intend to imply that this person is in anyway similar to that poor excuse for a human being!
However, as Kathie Briggs has questioned herself in her youtube vid...Did Kelsey feel that Kathie's family had abandoned her? Whatever Kelsey was thinking or feeling at that time.... it is clear to see, Kelsey is not the same little girl as in earlier video footage.

U can tell that the abuse started before May 1st.... Not only by the faded bruises but the faded sparkle of that gorgeous little girl. Just as u can tell The Mother was also a perpetrator because Kelsey would've still shown some sign of happiness when IT pushed her on the swing.
And the look on Kelsey's face when she looks behind herself when on swing doesn't seem natural....that little angel was on guard & apprehensive.

Of course this very very precious child's mother knew exactly what was going on. So many abused and murdered small children are unfortunately abused eventually by both parents involved. In this case a evil stepfather who deserved the death penalty as well as her mother. I am from Texas where chances are good, for him at least this could have happened! Abuse and torture of a child, along with murder is a capital crime. I totally believe in helping karma along! Even in prison, most offenders hate

Raye Dawn and Mike Porter need to be shot in the head!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course she knew...what mother doesn't know...she either was in on it and/or didn't care. If she really cared, she wouldn't be crying she is innocent, she would be crying that she should've done something to save her child!!! Oh what the hell of course the stupid mother knew!!! All mother's know when something is going on with their child. She just didn't care because if she did she would have said something by now unless she's GUILTY!!!! Letting her own flesh and blood suffer so much, she even said she saw the signs like Kelsey would vomit when left with mike stuff like that. That woman is terrrible and Micheal as well.
