Very informative videos. Also I really like the fact that your a woman. Its good to show that women can and should workout with weight lifting and not only cardio aerobics etc.
Keep up the good work!

i do this in horizontal variation but i was wondering does it have an effect on the lats mass/i dont want big lats just bigger traps

@TheSUBGAMER Unless you are not engaging your lats and are elevating your shoulders, pull ups should not develop your traps

She was in the health magazine I get from the Vitamin Shoppe. Great looking body...smoking hot! Lots of HARD work to get to her level, both men and women.

Thanks for the great advice. I tried it out at the gym this evening and managed to do one! My muscles aren't strong enough yet to haul up my 175 lb body so I'm guessing I've got about a month of training to reach three. By the way, do you recommend upper body exercise every day or every other day?

@footy241 For most programs, you only want to train muscles at most every other day....longer if you go harder to give them more recovery
