Its my first youtube video so let me know what you think.
I use iwisoft (link: http://www.iwisoft.com/) to convert all my vidoes. Its freeware. However I find that once you download .xvid format it runs smoothly on the player.
For the apps and games I downloaded those from the sites below:

I would suggest that if you haven't already purchased an external speaker that you do so if you don't always want to have earphones in your ear. I found that the Mini II Capsule Speakers are very good. I have one and everyone loves it. The volume is great even when the environment is a bit noisy.
Also organising the player using itunes playlist is better than using creative centrale. The only thing I use creative central for it to sync contacts.

no I don't have a problem with the touchscreen since I expect that this resistive touch is not as responsive as a capacitive touch screen. If you are now going to purchase a Creative Zen player I would suggest getting the android version which is wi-fi enabled. I makes life much easier and you will have hundreds of different kinds of software available.

To Install the games you just have to unzip the files with winrar or any similar program and copy the folder to you applications folder. I created an additional in the app folder for games since creative zen does not seem to allow you to do it any other way
