Meditations I: Break Paddle and Spin

I really, Really *REALLY* like to practice breaks and reverses to this song. Almost every hoop session I play this and keep my focus just on that and play with making my movements work with the rhythm... I love this song!

I love this video and keep coming back for more ... would you do a tutorial of the paddling breaks? I can't seem to get the timing/number of rotations each direction down. I can paddle, and I can break ... but I'm having trouble combining them! Many thanks for the constant inspiration!

I'll be honest, it is unlikely. Between work and my graduate thesis I get very little free time. Tutorials (done well) are a lot of work and not all that fun to make. Done poorly, they are no worse (or better) than any of the other ones on youtube.

PM me where you live. there's a hoop workshop tour in the works right now. While I do not like making tut's I do very much like teaching in person.

Okay, so I usually don't appreciate guy hoopers as much as girls. I don't know why, and I've been trying to work on it. I recognize that all hoopers, no matter what their gender may be, are awesome, but I always seem to be biased against guys. BUT I REALLY like your hooping. It's freaking great. This is definitely going to help me overcome my stupid issue with male hoopers.
