They get real aggressive during mating and especially nesting in the early spring. Many geese put their nests on the roof and you might be encroaching on it in the animals mind even though you have no idea it's even there. Canada Geese are especially nasty.

I work in an office by a water way we often have geese there by the car park.
Today when I parked up and got out the car the were a gaggle (bunch) of gees there.
I noticed one was looking at me for a prolonged period as I was looking for something in my car. I made sure I used non aggressive body language to let it know that I was not there to attack, then it was cool.
It would have been a bad way to start the day being attacked by Geese.

lmao, he's like this is my parking spot bitch!Geese are pretty big and can get mean. swarm of geese, that would be a gaggle of geese frizzle and how does one go about swatting a bird that big out of the air, it would likely break your arm or wrist at least.Geese are very protective of their nesting areas, this man likely wandered a bit long in aan area the goose determined he should'nt have.
