Yep. I believe the engines were colored the same as they left the factory in the US.

A Chamberlain Super 70, built at what used to be Small Arms Ammunition Factory #5 in Welshpool, Western Australia. Perhaps one of the best Australian tractors.

Oh really that's very interesting to hear about the factory. Also with the engine you are most probably right but when we got the tractor the engine was orange so we took the decision to leave it in that colour fully aware that originally the colour would have been the light turquoise colour.

Yes i understand what you mean, the standard engine colour being a very faded green/ light blue. However when the detroit diesel was installed into the Chamberlain the engine block was converted to the colour of the rest of the tractor. :)

Yes it is, we contacted the magazine and accepted our story. In the article it mensions replacing the old tyres and we are doing that in the next half an hour
