The reason why that reporter is saying "Jack-Oh" is because she is known for her extreme addiction to sexual acts performed to her due to her being starved for attention and love...Everytime she was saying "Oh" after "Jack", it was when she allowed a man to repeatedly stick his finger in between her asscrack and massage/probe her anal hole.
