The mind plays a big role in posture, since they're conscious about their postures, both of them don't have good postures.

@HOLYCRAPBOOBS Good question, but I don't think sleeping on your back would have any noticeable effect on improving posture. The two main ways to improve posture are: awareness of what proper posture feels like (i.e. keep shoulders back, and fix your posture if you feel yourself allowing your shoulders to roll forward), and stronger upper-back muscles (which would help with keeping your shoulders back where they belong). I don't think sleeping on your back would help with either of those

@FLAMINGPICKLES The most important factor to having visible abs is diet. Second most important factor is performing intense total-body workouts that burn maximum fat. Ab exercises are a very unimportant factor to achieving the "six pack" look. So my advice for you is to make sure your diet is dialled in, and then make sure you're burning enough calories to lose the fat that's covering your abs.

@smoovovi Yes, I'm planning on releasing lots more videos like that pretty soon (next couple of months). I've started by releasing 10-minute circuits, and soon I'm going to be posting challenge workouts, and I also plan to start filming 20 to 30 minute workouts like the my 3-part workout video.
