Nick POV
I Saw a crowd of photographers crowded around my car. Crap. I just have to face them. Anyway, how did they know I was here?! As soon as I got outside, they all came rushing around me "Nick! Who is this girl?" One reporter said holding up a picture of Poppy and I kissing. Double Crap. "Why are you here Nick?" Another reporter asked "Is this your girlfriend and is she sick?" Another one asked. Now really, are they dumb?! Of course this is my girlfriend Im kissing her for Christ sake! And Im at a freaking hospital! Add two and two together, and there you go, the answers there. I wanted to say that but I obviously cant "Excuse me!" I said ignoring all of the questions, I quickly walked over to the car but they kept on following me "Nick, Tell us!!" they kept on saying "Please move!" I said as I am basically physically pushing them away from me. I finally managed to unlock the car and I got in it. I locked the door behind me so no reporters could get in. I sat there. I couldnt move, I dont know whats happening! The time I need to get out of here I physically cant! This is way too much for me to handle. The love of my life is about to get chemotherapy for freaking cancer and now some sleazy, crappy reporter caught Poppy and I kissing. Tears come rolling down my cheeks again and there all taking pictures. Anger got the better of me. I unlocked the car and got out. All of the reporters were really confused about this "DONT YOU PEOPLE EVER KNOW WHEN ENOUGH IS ENOUGH?! I DO NOT NEED THIS RIGHT NOW! YES SHE IS MY GIRLFRIEND, AND YES SHE IS SICK! WHY THE ELSE DO YOU THINK IM AT A FREAKING HOSPITAL FOR? JUST FOR FUN?! I THINK NOT! AND YOUR STILL TAKING PICTURES WHEN YOU OBVIOUSLY KNOW THAT I DONT NEED IT RIGHT NOW!" I yelled, tears still rolling furiously down my cheeks. My eyes were stinging. I was SO annoyed at them. Most of them looked shocked couldnt believe that I had actually told them to back off. I felt so much better after it but It didnt help the hurt about whats going on right now. I got back into the car, locked the door and drove back home. I got back and locked the car. I walked into the house and put the keys on the side table. Joe and Kevin were sat in the lounge watching some reality TV show "Nick? Is that you?" Kevin asked "Yeah" I said as I was about to walk up stairs but they both came out and saw me "Have you been crying dude?" Joe asked quietly "Yeah." I said back simply "Oh my gosh, is Poppy ok?" Kevin asked with concern in his voice "Shes going on chemotherapy" I said looking at the floor "Yeah, but we knew about that before.. Whats wrong?" Joe asked "No Joe.. I mean that shes going on right now, the Cancer might spread if they dont get it now." I said fighting the tears that were threatening to come out "Oh gosh, do you need help to get her stuff together?" Kevin asked putting his hand on my shoulder. I nodded my head yes "But one more thing." I said "What?" Joe asked "The press has found out about Poppy and I.. And I kinda got very mad at them and shouted at them." I warned them "Oh no.. How did they find out about you and Poppy?" Joe asked again "This morning, in the car park, she was really worried, I could feel it. So I just kissed her lightly on the lips and some sleazy photographer caught us" I said angrily "Whats the thing about you shouting at them?" Kevin asked "Well.. As soon as I got out of the door of the Hospital, I saw the reporters around the car. And I had to go so I just started walking towards it, they were all asking me questions about Poppy and I and I just ignored them. I finally managed to get in the car but then I just froze. I honestly have no idea why. But I just started breaking down. And they were still taking pictures. So I had a go at them and said that she was my girlfriend and yes she is sick and cant they see that Im not exactly in the mood for pictures right now, and so they kinda backed off and I came here." I said "Ok, well sort everything out, but you have to tell Poppy that they know." Kevin said "I know. I hope she understands." I said sighing "So what does Poppy need?" Joe asked "Umm.. Clothes, toothbrush, toothpaste, Umm.. Underwear" I said the last bit kinda quietly "Whos going to do the underwear?" Joe asked seriously I think Nick should do it, because after all, she is your girlfriend! Kevin said looking at me. "I feel kinda awkward going through her underwear tho.. Its weird.. I dont want to invade her personal privacy if you know what I mean." I explained "Yeah, but it would be weirder if either of us did it.. Dont you think?" Joe said pointing to Kevin "I Suppose." I said as we walked upstairs. Kevin packed the toiletries, Joe grabbed her clothes and I went to find her underwear.
Haha, sorry, I just have to put the whole underwear thing in it.. I can just imagine how awkward it would be :L
