Oh dear I feel old watching this. I was about six at the time and didn't have a clue what they were talking about. Isn't it weird that if they did a similar segment on today's show, everyone would know what they were talking about? Yet in 1999 with the return six years away, they had to explain about the TARDIS and everything. Weird.

haha I was on it too! I have it on VHS somewhere but don't have the kit to transfer it (apart from a dodgy digital camera recording).
