This video is NOT anti-cop it's pro peace officer!

A load of pirate revenue generators for the state including 7 ships...errrrrr I mean squad cars and about 17 cops was used to detain a man on an electric bike...WTF

Nicholas Bravo also known as SpikeBravo here on you tube was pulled over going to church sunday where he was harrased by a group of thugs looking for cash. They gave SpikeBravo a bill with 5 charges totalling and estimated $2300.00

I believe this Pirate KNOWINGLY charged SpikeBravo with the intent to harass.

Any idiot can look at the statutes and figure out that the electric bike it NOT a moped with a piston engine.

This pirate was clearly acting under the color of law and "MAY" have violated Section 242 of Title 18 USC.

Full video will be up in a day or two you will not want to miss it.

  • what he says i perversion of logic at 340ish the law never says it has to have a piston. listen when he reads it. a bicycle that has a helper motor, (coma = new thought) with maximum displacement of 50cc or less.

  • @mindfuckerification

Uhhhhhh I think you need to open your ears and listen again at 3:03

Not only do you have to READ, you also have to LISTEN.

  • im sorry but you are wrong on this one 4409. listen to what you say in the video when you are reading the law. "if it has a helper motor with a MAXIUM piston displace ment of 50cc." this means an electric motor does count, because it covers 0-50cc motors. you are focusing on the wrong word...love your other videos though

  • @mindfuckerification ...yea but there is no money in chasing criminals....besides...they are dangerous. :)

  • I had the same problem except I was riding a high end mountain bike. I was pulled over by 5 police cars and the first thing out of the cops mouth was "where did you steal the bike son?" I had my car keys with me and my union carpenter papers when the cops kept hounding me about "why do I have car keys?" due to having no license at the time. I sarcastically told them "why do you think I am on a bicycle?"

  • @SeumasSiosal

wow, what a story...the cops always act like they are on the verge of catching the next international terrorist or something...they are completely ridiculous.

  • @mindfuckerification ....since when did these electric motors on these bikes contain "pistons" or classified in CC's? :)

  • 1) it can be human powered but it can also be powered by the electric motor so it is a vehicle.

    2) the fact he was going to church doesn't mean he's a good person.

    3) the cops use large number to counter all the phoney charges of police brutality misconduct etc.

having said all that both the cops and the law seem a bit silly in this case.

  • A ticket for not having a windshield? HAHAHAHA! Those cops are crooks!

  • Simple solution to prove your point before making "self determined" accusations of what is and what isn't a vehicle....

Go ask the gecko if he'll give you motor vehicle insurance for the bike = solution for insurance ticket

Go to DMV and try to get it registered = solution for registration charge

Solution + Solution + Solution = Eat it to anyone who disagrees that an electric bike is NOT a moped.

  • @RP4409 "it is not a moped because it is not a vehicle", again a completely false statement. the definition of a vehicle is "a means of land transportation used for transporting people or goods".

  • @mindfuckerification I'm sorry. I pointed out something that you said which was foolish, uninformed, and showed a complete lack of understanding of the OP. I assumed that this was an anomalous post from you. Judging by your responses to myself and others, I'm forced to reevaluate my assumption and realize that the response was typical for you. Sorry to have wasted your time

  • :( Man they terminated SpikeBravo's Channel. What the hell man, what the hell.

  • @randrews02809 you are a douche. stop commenting all together. ok thanks. i didnt say they did you fag. i know more about motors than you. My point was that the law DOESNT say a piston is required. just says it needs a helper motor smaller then 50ccs if it is gas. bigger then that it would be a motorcycle. an electric motor is covered in the law. listen when he reads the law. if you dont understand take an english course or two.

  • @mindfuckerification An electric motor does not have a piston or displacement
