2 Solves: One, Try Clean it with Water, Second is Ur console ntsc region (USA version) and Action Replay cuz if AR is PAL then u need Hack ur wii

I am Almost 100% Sure It's That Your Wii is updated more than a gamecube. so your wii is more new than the action replay. so you need to use a gamecube.
Or just hook up a gamecube to that tv.
in other words your wii wont work with an action replay... sorry.
