Tips... hmmm... Well honestly, I just picked the toys up one day, plugged in the web cam, downloaded a program called MONKEY JAM, and just went all out with it. (It was a lull time in my illustration work)
Anyhow, animate at around 25-33 frames a second, learn body movement, and use good toys with joints that can move like you want and are still tight. Sound, well, use can use a mixer but if ya have sound, record it 1st, then animate to the sound.
And make sets too. :)

Very nice! I am impressed with the way you can make the camera pan fluidly AND use stop motion techniques!

Hey thanks! (Laughs) It's kinda tricky, move the camera a smidgen, then animate, and of course, remembering to do both in each shot... (Laughs) Thanks a bunch for the comment, it's nice to know that what I do makes some people smile. Thanks a lot!
