The day this initiative was announced, I couldn't get a human being on the phone at the Highway Dpt. to deal with an important problem involving a legal error causing a suspended license. We also couldn't get DSS on the phone to talk about an important child abuse case. DSS has hopelessly inadequate staff levels now.
