does the Invisalign retainers cost extra money ? thanks for the vid, did you have to remove some of ur teeth when u have braces?

@PandorasPalette Mine didn't cost extra. I would think that it depends on the doctor however. It doesn't hurt to ask though. As for teeth removal, no, i didn't have to, I think they removed some when I had braces for the first time, which was like centuries ago.

@MsTomimito aw thanks so much for the answer:) i'm going through the toughest time now... had braces for two days:P couldn't get used to the sharp device in my mouth:( i don't need to remove any teeth though:) what's the difference between invisalign retainers and regular ones?

@PandorasPalette Aww I hear ya. Hang in there, your mouth will get used to it soon! The major difference is that invisalign is "invisible" while the traditional one isn't, which made a whole lot of difference for me!

@aliceinwonderlaland sorry for the late reply but wanted to say that losing weight really depends on your lifestyle while you have the braces on. I personally hated the idea of getting food stuck in my teeth so i would either brush my teeth right after eating or sometimes just chose not to eat. Hope it turned out well for ya!

@MsTomimito thanks hun, i feel much better now:P finally can eat more food other than tofu and pudding...lol... oh i thought retainers are all invisible..lol...guess i had a too high expectation:P thanks for telling me, i def want a invisible one:) it's been a week, the doc already told me that my teeths moved, that's fast... i wonder how much my teeths would move in two years? omg...

Damn you're hot. P.s braces don't really look bad, they do affect soft tissue in a way that I don't like tho, the lips especially.

As for losing weight, I would say that it varies depending on how much you enjoy eating but in my case I wasn't able to eat solid food for the first few weeks bc my teeth hurt so much. After that, it was more bc of my laziness as I mentioned in the video... Having to brush my teeth every single time I ate was a hassle as you can imagine. I'm excited for you.
