how about a chute system in the core. .ppl jump into a tube and fall. . pencil style. . there decent could slowed down by air bags . . same type of material that bounce'y castles use. . every floor or every other floor has one and has the ability to stop a person. . which would allow ppl to decend at a very quick but controlled speed without hitting each other on the down

Really? It's American company which developed a blueprints and Asian company (Samsung) which is doing all the construction. Arabs give the money, so we can say that Arab people rules while it comes to astonishing rest of world, no matter the costs :)
