SFPD Shot & Killed Man WHILE Handcuffed, witnesses report 1/2

Around 10:30am on July 18, 2012, an Occupier informed #OccupySF Headquarters in front of the "Federal" "Reserve" at 101 Market St that a man had just been shot and killed by SFPD near the SAFEWAY by Sue Bierman Park. OccupySF Repressed Media responded and witnessed paramedics and SFFD moving a body into an ambulance. Eyewitnesses report SFPD shot and killed an apparently unarmed Asian or Hispanic man twice WHILE HE WAS ALREADY IN HANDCUFFS. WTF? #FTP We later discovered that the witness in this video actually saw the incident. #OccupySF Repressed Media was the first camera on the scene.

Bear Pepper Spray works fine and I watched a cop soak a hammer wielding crackhead with pepper spray in front of Starbucks. The idiot is lucky he didn't get shot. Sometimes the cops do the right thing.

Kathy had to shoot the fool. He had just cut up a fellow employee with box cutters and didn't listen to her when she ordered him to drop it. He was crazed. Like I said in an earlier comment I watched the cops do the right thing once when a hammer wielding crackhead tried to clobber the cop. In each incident the cop was not the aggressor.

This is not like Oscar Grant and Johanne Mehserle the killer cop. I also don't agree with Charles Hills killing on BART. The BART COPS are the killers here
