Ashtanga Yoga Instructor, Kino MacGregor shows you how to work on Karandavasana, called the Might Duck posture, from the very challenging Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga. They key to working on coming up and down is to create a solid foundation in the shoulders and then keep the knees tucked as closely into the chest as possible on the way and up down. Say to yourself, press into the arms, strong shoulders, knees in and hips forward to come back up and it will be easy in no time! Julia Lofstrand is demonstrating at Miami Life Center where you can find her teaching regularly (http://miamilifecenter.com/). Her website is here: http://www.julialofstrand.com
