  • my flexibility is so bad, this simple exercise is like nearly impossible. Definitely on my list to improve

  • @bij013 Alternating! to create a flow, this isn't a orthopedic style of working out, more neuro or kinesthetic awareness training.

  • does it really have to be alternating, or can it be done with a number of reps for one side first before going to the other side?

  • I love the crispness in the movement.
