@ipwnu572 yes they can, i am native american apache zuni mayan and navajo, i lived in rez all my life. Skinwalkers take over the world but have faith great spirit and holy beings will eradicate them afterall. Look upon obama and his skin it is a mechanism of deception one of many examples also in navajo nation look at ben shelly he is "navajo," but he supports gambles and wars he is skinwalker. The harcore ones actually go into the night to stalk people and get their sick jollies.
