thanks so much for posting these videos and making them available for free. I've been working out in the gym regularly for years, but I reached a plateau to my disappointment. When I stumbled upon your videos I noticed a huge difference, in the last 5 months, I've lost 11 lbs and my body is ripped in places it's never been before! Thanks for helping me kick the workouts up a notch! You are so appreciated!

I do stuff like this and it's good to see your form is the same as mine. See my body rocks around as well, I didn't know if that lessens the effect of the exercise.
You have a talent of conforming to every fitness level. That really takes skills, patience, experience and intelligence. You are simply Great..

hey! i've just seen your upper body exercises and i was wondering why you do the cardio after your strength training!?

@myscienceproject I do resistance training before cardio because of the way your body burns energy...the first energy source it pulls from is your muscle sugar...then your liver kicks in to release energy from the fat cells...for the slow energy supply...watch some of the lesson clips...lesson 3 and 4...thank you for posting!~ahmad
