I remember we went to this awesome concert in NY. My husband and friends sat in the middle. I was going to climb up the scaffold but a heavy set woman w/ a white shirt was in my way....oh well. At least I got to see one of his last concerts....Miss Michael Always....

I just posted below that I was there when this was taped. At the end of this song, he thanked his backup singers, but it doesn't show it on this clip. As I recall, he pointed to them and said "Jennie and Shelly...." Does that sound right.....does anyone know their names? They rocked.

I haven't edited the video.I just left it as it was. Maybe somebody as lucky as you who saw them live during that time can help answer your question.

I was there! NYC. June 97. Hard Rock Live performance taped for VH1. Everyone just about pissed themselves when Hutch climbed the scaffolding. Unforgettable show. Thanks for posting.

That must be so amazing!! Knowing you have been there..it is amazing having seen them at least once!! I never had that opportunity and that is why i always say that those who have seen Michael perform were trully blessed!
