As for the self lubricate they remove apart of the anal gland that produces lubricant and uses it in the new vagina for the exact same thing. It is called labia plasty. No man can tell. and no gyno and definitely not you.

But you should know that sexual orientation has nothing to do with transsexuality- a heterosexual guy transitions but when he is finally she,she is still attracted to women,so nothing strange here.
