You can normally tell when someone is mulatto, but it's not so obvious when they're part Japanese or Amerindian. Some of Brazil's models look fully European, but they're actually mixed. Adriana Lima definitely isn't just mixed with black. The shape of her eyes reflect her eurasian heritage.
