Geoengineering has been going on for centuries. There is no 'better' Weapon of mass Destruction to date. Weaponizing of geoengineering has been a reality for a very long time.

The Greens (ditto Australia and New Zealand) are somewhat controlled (i) by the socialist left (Socialist International) linked to the mainstream centre left UK Labour, Australian Labor Party, Democrats (US) etc and (ii) the global eugenics/population control movement, which is linked to the British royals, Rockefeller, Gates and the like.
