" and so back in 1963, he founded in Sant'Agata Bolognese the Lamborghini. Ferruccio Lamborghini is already a skilled industrialist, building a major tractor company out of the ashes of World War II. He now asks his farm equipment engineers to create a super car. The very first Lamborghini is the 350 GT. Retail price in 1964, 13,900 dollars. The car looks very traditional but Lamborghini's farm equipment engineers are already working on a radical new design. A mid-engine car that 1967 will revolutionize the world of super cars forever. When the Miura came out at the Turin motor show and he created in this way just after 3 years, after foundation of the company, a real car myth, and this is something which is very particular because our history is very short and he succeeded in building up a brand, the very strong brand. I believe that the most important car in the Lamborghini history is the Miura. It was the first car that made the Lamborghini brand famous all over the world.
