  • Idiots, she is talking about the loading days, several days before the real diet begins, you are supposed to load up. Pay attention and quit freaking out.

  • @ni99aJ - She's definitely not fat! Besides, she's giving information based on a particular diet, not one that she came up with, but one that has had amazing reviews and results. She's throwing in tips that may help other people who are on the diet. Stop calling people names. That only makes you look ignorant, although I'm sure you probably don't care about that.

  • Stevia is soooo nasty...I have always hated artificial sweeteners and that weird taste in diet sodas and stuff. Plus one tiny bottle of stevia in my country is around $40 ($20 US). So I'm trying to deal with just the black coffee, no sugar. I really love my coffee with non-dairy creamer and no sugar, but since we're not allowed creamer... :( I just finished VLCD day 4 and I'm down 8lbs!! WOOOP!!

    Also fried chicken red meat fries half and half mochas pizza are good for the loading days!

  • The miracle to weight loss is lifting weights. This applies to females too. I have built so much muscle, after ruining my body with stupid diets and weight loss trends, that I am heavier because of increased muscle but my fat % is lower than ever before AND I'm getting fuckin ripped!!!

  • Eat good, exercise. Problem solved.

  • Everyone does it. We're all kind of dumb as humans. I needed to lose the weight (and regain it) EIGHT TIMES before I finally figured out that dieting never works. You always come off it and regain.

    By "dieting" I mean anything that requires you to *force* yourself to eat a certain way. Natural methods of changing your relationship with food, work permanently, and I used one to finally lose the weight. But I lost at a crawling speed of 2-5 pounds a MONTH.
