  • It's kinda funny that this video is here to promote selling a video of the debate for $20 when the full thing is right here on youtube for free. I'm not trying to say christians are stupid, but really?

  • @cyborg527

This promotional video was put up two years ago when there were no YouTube videos up yet for this debate. That said, the fact that this debate is up on YT is no reason to discontinue promoting sales of the official licensed copies rather than illegal pirated copies distributed on YouTube. Your argument is comparable to saying that licensed movie distributors should cease promoting their videos because torrents exists for pretty much all of them.

  • @Christianjr4 Well that goes to say that you have rights to the words of Christopher Hitchens, are you paying him royalties? Do you? No.

  • @cyborg527

What are you talking about? If you're referring to the 7 min clip of Hitchens and Craig, that video not only falls under fair use, but I got permission to upload it, so yes, I absolutely do have the rights. Moreover, you're mistaken concerning Christopher Hitchens. He explicitly gave all the rights to Biola University/Illustra Media to do whatever they want with the editing and distribution of the DVD for this debate, including all royalties made from them.

  • @Christianjr4 Funny that you're trying to say that, using a youtube account that does not represent biola college. "christianjr4" What bullshit.

  • @cyborg527

Why is this so hard? If the copyright owners give permission for their materials to be used, then it doesn't matter whether the person using them represents them or not. All that matters is that they have express permission to do so. This is even highlighted clearly in YouTube's terms of service (seriously go read it). Anyways, I'm done with this. You're obviously just here to troll around and aren't even attempting to bring anything of substance to the table. Regards!

  • The other one being that this cosmos, came into it's state from another state in which has always been. neither of which to any discernible degree infers any god, and especially no biblical Yahweh.

What Craig does in his arguments is falsely present presuppositional propositions as evidence, which they certainly are not. Craig also is not concerned at all with ever providing or trying to do actual work to learn whether he could find evidence for such things. He should be discredit.

  • 1:50 is the clearest evidence of Craig's fallacious argument. It is a total non-sequitur. For him to even make the statement as he does with such confidence shows his game is an out right gimmick. Please folks, understand this language being used by Craig is exactly the language used by charlatans and magician when they want to convince you of things that are not necessarily true or down right false. Not to mention science hasn't proven such to be true, it is only one of the two possibilities.

  • The second WLC said that he was going to approach the subject philosophicly he basicilly buttfucked himself. Philosophy is not relevant when finding truth, only figures numbers and facts. Philosophy is a state were you use deductive reasoning, but deductive reasoning is useless unless you have a objective mind to start with. This is why people think religious people are crazy.

  • @Anonymous1306 I usually don't bother looking at the comments for videos like these, but reading your comment which is just one big string of ad hominems made me wonder again at why people like you come into these discussions just to pound their chests without contributing anything meaningful. Not only does it make you seem uncredible but it makes you look childish as well. It's not like anyone from either side is going to change their worldview after reading a few YouTube comments. Smile!

  • Hitch wins here. It's nice that Craig has an imaginary friend though. Good for him.

  • @Drgamedood Umm what debate were you watching? Clearly you are a religious nutcase who will defend your bronze age superstitions regardless of the situation or evidence. There is absolutely no question that Hitchen's made Craig look like an uneducated crackpot.

  • @Christianjr4 No, you're not understanding. your name is Christianjr4 dumbass, you do not represent Illustra, you do not represent Biola, so who do you represent? You're trying to profit off of a freely public video, you and anyone who pays for your video is retarded.
